1.DECIDE When a customer has a need for shade, they call or email to connect with our sales team to discuss their ideas or concepts. Next, they place the order over the phone or request a site visit.Shelter tents sales team member will make any suggestions to maximize the customers shade based on the expected use of the structure.Once exact measurements and colors have been selected, the design phase begins.

2.DESIGN AND PRICING The design team takes the structure measurements and ideas and creates a conceptual drawing together using state-of-the-art CAD systems. The drawings then go to the technicians who takes into consideration any challenges such as site location, wind loads, area-specific weather (precipitaion, earthquakes, etc), other existing landscaping, underground conflicts such as utilities and bedrock/caliches and proper footing sizes needed to secure the structure. Both teams work to find the most efficient and cost effective shade solution for each unique situation.Designs and quotations are approved by client.

3.PRODUCTION  Manufacturing can begin at the workshops In Embakasi Nairobi.The architectural fabric is precisely cut and sewn by the sewing department. The raw steel is cut into support columns and rafter pieces and then welded together by certified welders. After welding is completed, the structure is primed painted for maximum corrosion resistance.

4.DELIVERY the individual pieces pass through quality control checks prior to the packaging department wrapping and crating the structure for timely shipment and installation.Materials are received to site by client and inspected.

5.INSTALLATION Shelter tents has  factory-trained and experienced installation crews .These Distributors and contractors follow specific manufacturer guidelines to ensure warranty standards.Shade structure and canvas are installed. Inspection and handover to client.

6.MAINTENANCE Shelter tents structures are easy to maintain and require only minimal maintenance after being installed.Shelter tents stands behind its products and workmanship and offers an extensive warranty with each order. Warranty information is provided in writing so customers can buy with confidence and enjoy their shade for years to come.
